The magnificent Manor House is set above the picturesque village of Breamore, overlooking the avon Valley on the edge of the New Forest just north of Fordingbridge. The beautifully maintained gardens and house create an enchanting back drop for a wedding or corporate function. All events at this location are held in a traditional marquee with a capacity for 250 guests.

The adjoining Norman church is 100 metres away from the main house and is set in it’s own pictoresc gardens, ideal for traditional ceremonies and photo opportunities.

The Tythe Barn is a beautiful 14th century thatched structure built from local stone and reed from nearby Otmoor. The barn has been sympathetically and carefully restored to preserve its original heritage.

This has resulted in a very private venue with its own unique style that we feel is equally comfortable with formal or more casual events.

The Centre is set in a rural secluded area 7 miles south of Winchester with ponds, streams, pastures, playing fields, oaks and conifers.

The total area comprises some 65 acres giving scope for many outdoor pursuits. Some of The facilities on site include self contained function halls, an on-site bistro, a residential facility and an indoor soft play area. The site can accommodate up to 5000 guests at one time.

MAS Events has the opportunity to hold weddings in a traditional marquee in the grounds of the Swanmore Primary School.

This location is a stones throw away from the Swanmore church and can be booked on specific days during the summer. The marquee holds between 100 and 250 guests.
