At MAS we can supply a full range of roasting and BBQ facilities to suit any needs. Combine a hog and lamb roast with a hot or
cold buffet or just have a roast on it’s own with buns and sauces.
All of our roasts and BBQ’s are supplied with a professional carving chef, refrigerated vehicles, white linen serviced tables
and silver service dishes.
With a roast hog or lamb we will pre-cook the meat at our site kitchen and finish the roast with you for the last 3 hours at
the venue of your choice.
