All of our roasts and BBQ’s are supplied with a professional carving chef, refrigerated vehicles, white linen serviced tables and silver service dishes.

With a roast hog or lamb we will pre - cook the meat at our site kitchen and finish the roast with you for the last 3 hours at the venue of your choice.
